Cancellation Policy
All bookings require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The deposit is non-refundable. 1. Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your session for any reason, the deposit is not returned. 2. Need a new date? Just let us know as early as you can. Each booking may be rescheduled one time. To confirm a reschedule, your remaining balance must be paid in full. 3. A rescheduled session that is cancelled or missed cannot be rescheduled again, and payments are not refunded. 4. No-shows forfeit the deposit. 5. Sessions start and end exactly at their scheduled times. If you arrive late, we will make the most of the time remaining, but the session still ends at its scheduled end time. 6.
