1. What are the available senior photo packages offered by SHOTBYBASI LLC?

We offer four distinctive senior photo packages:

​

  • Senior Package (Outdoor) - $100

  • Senior Package #1 (Indoor) - $85

  • Senior Package #2 (Indoor) - $75

  • Senior Package #3 (Mini Session) - $65

2. What does the "Senior Package (Outdoor)" include?

​

Our Senior Package (Outdoor) is priced at $100 and includes:

​

  • One-hour photoshoot session

  • Three outfit changes

  • Choice of location within the greater Milwaukee area

  • Photos delivered within 4-7 days

  • Permanent link to your personalized photo folder via Dropbox

  • Additional outfit or person can be added for an extra $20 charge

  • Each additional outfit beyond the three included is $10.

3. Can you provide more details about "Senior Package #1 (Indoor)"?

Certainly! Senior Package #1 (Indoor) is available for $85 and includes:

​

  • One-hour photoshoot session

  • Three outfit changes (Cap and gown not included)

  • Selection of one backdrop color of your choice

  • Photo delivery within 4-7 business days

  • Permanent link to your photo collection via Dropbox

  • Each additional outfit beyond the three included is $10.

4. What is included in "Senior Package #2 (Indoor)"?

Senior Package #2 (Indoor) is priced at $75 and consists of:

​

  • Forty-five minute photoshoot session

  • Two outfit changes (Cap and gown not included)

  • Choice of one backdrop color

  • Photos delivered within 4-7 business days

  • Permanent link to your personalized Dropbox folder

  • Each additional outfit beyond the two included is $10.

5. Could you provide more information about "Senior Package #3 (Mini Session)"?

Certainly! Senior Package #3 (Mini Session) is available for $65 and includes:

​

  • Thirty-minute photoshoot session

  • One outfit change (Cap and gown not included)

  • Selection of one backdrop color

  • Photo delivery within 4-7 business days

  • Permanent link to your personal photo collection via Dropbox

  • Each additional outfit beyond the one included is $10.

6. Can I use props in my senior photo session?

​

Absolutely! We encourage you to bring props that showcase who you are and your achievements. We offer the option of using the "2024" numbers, both big and small. Additionally, items such as sports jerseys, equipment, medals, trophies, and your school cap and gown (if available) can be wonderful additions to personalize your photos.

7. Can I bring friends or family to the photoshoot?

​

Certainly! You're welcome to bring friends or family to your photoshoot. We have a waiting room where they can comfortably stay during the session. However, to ensure the best experience and quality of the photos, we kindly ask that they avoid interfering with the pace of the photoshoot or distracting you from getting your photos taken.

8. How many photos are included in each package?

​

Each package includes a set of 50 photos. After your photoshoot, you'll have the opportunity to select your favorite 50 photos from the session.

 

9. How can I book a senior photo session with SHOTBYBASI LLC?

​

To book a session, please visit our website and navigate to the "Booking" page. Choose the package that best suits your preferences and follow the instructions to select a date and time for your session.

 

10. How can I receive my photos?

​

Your edited photos will be delivered within 4-7 days after your session. We'll provide you with a permanent link to a Dropbox folder where you can easily access and download your images.

 

11. Can I choose the location for the outdoor photoshoot?

​

Yes, for the Senior Package (Outdoor), you have the flexibility to choose your preferred location within the greater Milwaukee area. We can also provide suggestions if needed.

 

12. What if I have more questions or special requests?

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and circumstances may arise that force you to cancel or reschedule your photo session. To help ensure that we can accommodate everyone's needs, we have the following cancellation policy in place:

​

  1. Cancellations made up to 72 hours before a scheduled appointment via email, text, or phone call will be processed without a penalty.

  2. Cancellations made 72 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a discount code equivalent to the amount booked used for rescheduling the appointment.

  3. If a client cancels an appointment with more than 72 hours' notice, a new appointment can be scheduled without penalty to the client, subject to availability.

  4. Late arrival: Please notify us prior to your shoot if you plan on being late. However, we will only be able to accommodate for the time booked. If you arrive late and the session cannot be extended, you will be charged the full session rate.
