Service Description
CHRISTMAS MINI SESSIONS | DECEMBER 22–25 A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session. Deposits, balances, and credits are non-transferable and apply only to the original booking. WHAT’S INCLUDED • 1 hour studio session • Up to two looks. Please arrive with outfits ready • One backdrop color included (Red, Green, White, or Beige) • Props included • Online proof gallery of all unedited photos • 30 professionally edited photos included Unedited photos are provided for viewing and selection purposes only. PHOTO DELIVERY Final edited photos are delivered 24–36 hours after the client submits their photo selections. Editing does not begin until selections are received. Any delay in submitting photo selections will delay final delivery. ADD ONS AND FEES • Additional outfit: $20 (must fit into the original time slot • Christmas Day booking fee (December 25 only): $50 SESSION RULES • Sessions start and end exactly at the scheduled time • Late arrival will shorten your session • Extreme tardiness may result in cancellation without refund • Sessions cannot be rescheduled for any reason • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable • Balances and credits cannot be transferred to another person, session, or date • Please arrive on time and fully dressed to make the most of your session By booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all session rules, fees, timing requirements, and delivery timelines. Questions or special requests must be submitted before booking.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable and circumstances may arise that force you to cancel or reschedule your photo session. To help ensure that we can accommodate everyone's needs, we have the following cancellation policy in place: 1. Cancellations made up to 72 hours before a scheduled appointment via email, text, or phone call will be processed without a penalty. 2. Cancellations made 72 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a discount code equivalent to the amount book used for rescheduling the appointment. 3. If a client cancels an appointment with more than 72 hours' notice, a new appointment can be scheduled without penalty to the client, subject to availability. 4. Late arrival: Please notify us prior to your shoot if you plan on being late. However, we will only be able to accommodate for the time booked. If you arrive late and the session cannot be extended, you will be charged the full session rate. 5.
